In 1939 Elly Glass rescued her Jewish husband Henry from Buchenwald Concentration Camp. The couple fled Vienna and came to the US where Henry became the architect of one of the first solar homes in America.

Maria Vegh trained and coached a Who’s Who of contemporary dance. Maria’s students don’t merely dance the world’s stages; they dominate them with extraordinary strength, grace and endurance. Other teachers teach movement, but Maria gives her students that extra something: a dancer’s mind and the body to realize what that mind imagines. She has done this consistently for almost 50 years.
